Opening Video Required
To validate any issue with your order, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the sealed package and the complete opening process.
Claims without a proper opening video cannot be accepted.

No Return or Exchange

We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy for all hair oil and hair care products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
All sales are final.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a replacement only if:
A clear opening video is provided, and
The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
